MANAGEMENT

FASTER RESPONSE TIMES BRING PEACE OF MIND

Managing the functionality, comfort, safety and efficiency of a built environment is no small task. With thousands of sensors, meters, and gauges in each facility, detecting and responding to facilities events in real-time requires extensive human capital. Whereas the data available from stationary sensors is limited by physical infrastructure, Cobalt robots are programmed to act as the roaming 24/7 Facilities Operators you always wish you had. Whether it’s detecting roof and pipe leaks before they wreak havoc on your facility, monitoring the HVAC system for inefficiencies over time, or performing visual equipment inspections with a FLIR thermal camera, Cobalt has you covered. With the ability to view live feeds of facilities events from any device anywhere in the world, Cobalt robots provide you with enhanced situational awareness and peace of mind.

FACILITY MANAGEMENT

EARLY DETECTION OF PIPE LEAK PREVENTS DAMAGES

Situation:
Cobalt partnered with a Seattle based pharmaceutical client to monitor their space. On a routine patrol, our robot identifies an anomaly of standing water beneath machinery.

Action:
Escalation of the issue to a Cobalt analyst allows them to identify that standing water in this part of the facility is abnormal. Escalation to the client’s GSOC facilitates quick response by maintenance, saving the client $100k+ in damages.

OVERHEATED SERVER ROOM BROUGHT BACK ONLINE

Situation:
A client’s servers triggered several alarms that they would shut down after the site’s environmental systems failed.

Action:
The client’s CSO dispatched a robot from home through their app. After opening the door to cool the space, Cobalt stood guard until maintenance repaired the faulty equipment.
